Haynes Pensioner Manual
- Gift Details
As Haynes Explains, retirement is, “when you stop living at work and begin working at life”. That means you finally have time for yourself; to relax, enjoy golf, test out your new blotter at bingo and explain to your neighbour Sally why crochet is the art form of all knitting. This is all the fun of becoming a senior citizen, explained in our Personalised Haynes Explains the Pensioner Book.
Based on the iconic ‘strip down and rebuild’ car guidebooks, our Haynes Explains Pensioners Manuals contain everything you’d expect from a typical Haynes handbook. Featuring illustrated diagrams on the ‘wear and tear’ of your pensioner, advice on ‘exercise for pensioners’ from cycling, triathlons, parkour and especially…how to deal with ‘OAP driving’.
Wholeheartedly tongue-in-cheek, this Personalised Haynes Pensioner Manual is a thing of comic-genius and can be customised with any Name featured on the A5 hardback, along with a special Message on the opening page. The recipient’s Name will also feature throughout the entire book, so your pensioner can indulge in the pro’s like, “You no longer regard speed limits as a recommended minimum” and the cons, “Unfortunately, everyone else on the road does”, of the Haynes Pensioner Manual.
Personalise with any Name of up to 12 characters and a Message on the inside page over two lines, with up to 40 characters per line.
This Haynes Pensioner Manual is available in hardback and measures 20.2 x 15.1 x 0.8 cm. Your text will be printed exactly as you have entered it, so please double check spelling, punctuation and capitalisation. Accents and other symbols cannot be used unless stated.
Important: Our Haynes spoofs are parody guides. They are not the same size as Haynes car manuals.
