Personalised Smooth Slate House Number Signs - Gift Details
The Smooth Slate House Number Sign is the perfect edition to any home. It’s beautifully handmade, with up to three Numbers to personalise the sign. To create the Slate Door Number Sign, all you have to do is pick the amount of Numbers to be etched into the sign. It will then be individually produced.
Your chosen Number is computerised by one of our designers. A vinyl mask is then produced which covers the slate and protects the sign. The mask allows the sand blasting process to etch your house number without damaging the rest of the plate.
The final touches are crafted by hand, by one of our experienced craftsmen. Your sign will then be hand painted and left to dry fully. Once it’s dry, it’s then polished before the sign undergoes our rigorous quality control procedure, and is then signed off ready for delivery. The next stop is straight to your door, including the sign, fittings and fixtures to make your home look one-of-a-kind!

How to Fit Your Sign
To fit your sign, you’ll find the fittings included: 2 rawl plugs and 2 screws.
You will need a spirit level, a drill with a hammer action and 6mm masonry attachment, flathead screwdriver, as well as a black pen to mark the holes of the sign.
Fitting Instructions

Place the sign on the wall and choose your desired height.

Place the spirit level on top of the sign. Ensure the apparatus is level. This is indicated by the bubble balancing in the centre of the spirit level.

Using the pen or pencil, mark the two drill holes on the wall where you want your sign to sit.

Remove the sign. Using the 6mm masonry attachment, drill to the end of the twist on the drill for the desired length.

Insert the rawl plugs (supplied with the sign) into the two holes in the wall.

Press the sign against the holes and proceed to screw in the sign using the flathead screwdriver and screws.
